All Clothing, footwear, pyjamas can be exchanged if it is the wrong size. All items must be returned in the same condition as you received them in. Please note all postage costs have to be covered by the customer.
All swimwear, Bags, Jewellery is none returnable.
All PRE-ORDERS are none refundable.
Please note we only offer exchanges providing all tags are still attached and the item is returned in the original packaging in an unused condition.
The item must be returned within 4 DAYS from when you receive the item.

If you wish to exchange your furs or any other item, please email us within 3 days of receiving the item, please note all items need to be returned in a sellable condition with the tags still attached, if we do not deem the item in a resalable condition we have the rights to refuse an exchange. Your item will need to be sent back special delivery to us, we are not liable for the cost of any returns.
All our products are quality controlled and examined before they are shipped.
